Refund Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to Pulse (“Service”), operated by Sarim Tahir. Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pulse is offered on a recurring subscription basis with monthly and annual billing options. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Pulse, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing sarim@trypulsetracker.com. This guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase only.
After the Guarantee Period
Outside the 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partial subscription periods or unused time;
- fees already charged for the current billing period;
- annual plans after the billing date, including unused months remaining in the term;
- subscription renewals;
- periods of non-use or dissatisfaction, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Service Discontinuation
If we decide to discontinue Pulse entirely, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice by email and through the Service. In that event, and notwithstanding the non-refundable terms above:
- you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period, calculated from the effective shutdown date to the end of your paid term. Monthly subscribers will not be charged for any period beyond the shutdown date; annual subscribers will be refunded the unused months remaining in their term;
- you will have a data export window of at least 30 days from the date of our shutdown notice to export your Customer Data, including your tracking and attribution history, before it is deleted.
This section applies only where we discontinue the Service. It does not apply to cancellation initiated by you, which remains subject to the terms above. Refunds under this section are processed through Paddle as merchant of record.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew for the next billing period;
- you keep full access to the Service until the end of the current paid period;
- no further charges will be made after the current period ends.
Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current period — it stops future billing. Renewal charges are non-refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation — contact us at sarim@trypulsetracker.com within 15 days of the charge. We will review the issue in good faith and, where we confirm an error, correct it. Because Paddle processes payments as merchant of record, some billing matters may be handled together with Paddle.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card provider rather than contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account. We ask that you reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing concern.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time, at our discretion. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required, notified to you and to Paddle before taking effect. The policy in place at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
